📚 Refund & Returns Policy

At Never Too Small, we want you to enjoy every book and magazine you purchase from our store. While we take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.

This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law, along with our store-specific procedures for returns and refunds.


30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us about a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened (if shrink-wrapped or sealed).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).


📩 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@nevertoosmall.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue,

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

We will assess your request and let you know if you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your book or magazine is:

  • Faulty,

  • Incorrect, or

  • Damaged in transit,

please contact us as soon as possible. Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is not as described, is faulty, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to do.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly — either by providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering an alternative solution.


🚫 Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (print media), we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes:

  • Accidental orders,

  • Items you no longer want after purchase,

  • Duplicate purchases.

However, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved and the item must be returned:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Digital products or downloads (if applicable),

  • Gift cards, or

  • Sale items, unless faulty.
